Foundation Training Programme Commences for Probationers of KAS batch 2014

JAMMU, MARCH 19: Foundation Training Programme for the Probationers of J&K Administrative Services (KAS), Batch 2014, Session 2018 was today inaugurated by Khurshid Ahmad Shah, Commissioner Secretary GAD and Director General, J&K IMPARD at IMPARD, Sidhra Jammu.

In his inaugural address, the Director General emphasised on the importance of training in the service career of young officers during which they get an opportunity of learning about those policies and programmes which they have to execute in the field. He felicitated the probationers for having succeeded in entering into the arena of Kashmir Administrative Services through a highly competitive selection process. The role performance of IMPARD in organising these Training Programmes as  a premier and apex Training Institute in the State was also highlighted.

The Inaugural Function was attended by Director Trainings, IMPARD Jammu, Prof. Reva Sharma, who welcomed the chief guest. Director Training, Srinagar Prof Mushtaq A Khan who presented the course briefing besides Joint Director, FA/CAO and Deputy Director of Srinagar and Jammu.

The training is being organized by the institute on residential basis and therefore boarding and lodging facilities have been provided by the institute.
