The Registrar said that the university has already started MPeD programme and skill development courses in the old Physical College building. With the handing over of more rooms to CUK in the building, another course will be soon started in the building.

The Div Com directed the university officials to finalize the hiring of a suitable private building for the classwork within a week’s time. He also directed them to undertake the soil testing of alternate sites so that construction work can be started at the earliest.

With regards to pending construction at the old site, it was ordered that CUK will release the liability amount to NBCC subject to company mobilizing manpower at the site.

The Div Com stressed on the need to shift the entire university campus to the district at the earliest.
