Anantnag Police launches drive against traffic violators

Srinagar: On the directions of SSP Anantnag Altaf Ahmad Khan, Police Post Sangam has launched a drive against traffic violators and seized/challaned 19 vehicles.

During the drive, 12 two wheelers and 02 light motor vehicles were seized and 05 others were challaned under Motor vehicle Acts. The drive will continue in future as well.

Anantnag police has enjoined upon all the transporters and commuters to strictly follow the traffic rules. Anantnag police has further sought public cooperation in adherence of traffic rules for smooth regulation of traffic in Anantnag.
