Baramulla, March 18: A grand function of Sopore Super League (SSL) 2018 was held at Nafees Restaurant, Palhallan Pattan. The tournament is all set to host 45 teams and regarding the same random drawing for pools was held. Each pool will comprise of 05 teams as the teams were prearranged into 09 pools. On the grand occasion former cricketer and current Chief Selector of JKCA; Syed Pervaiz Qaiser, former cricketer as well as current coach JKCA; Abdul Qayoom Bagav and Abdul Khaliq were the guest of honours.
The formal procedure was attended by around 40 captains and other officials along with media persons.
Award of the honours were given to Abid Nabi, Yousif Gabroo, Imran Haroon, Akther Malik, Zeeshan Pervaiz, Khan Gulzar, Hazik Bhat, Majid Malik, Raja Saleem, Aqib Nabi, Yawar Firdous, Manzar, Ranjoot Singh and Umair.
