Srinagar, March 17: Chairman Hurriyat Conference, Syed Ali Geelani while suggesting Indian leadership to shun coercive measures, state force, reprisal and egoistic approach against people, asked to acknowledge the ground realities of the long-pending issue and adopt realistic and rational approach for its lasting and peaceful solution.

Referring to RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat’s statement, wherein he has called for using strength and tact to counter pro-freedom people in Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh, Geelani stated that it illustrates the egoistic and arrogant approach of Indian leadership and testifies our claim that state affaires are run by these intolerant persons.
