Srinagar, Mar 13: Five persons were injured after a passenger cab heading towards Handwara town from Sopore met with an accident near Chowgal Tuesday morning.
A police official said that the driver lost control on the cab near Chowgal and crashed it into a drain, resulting in injuries to five passengers.
The injured were shifted to District Hospital Handwara for treatment, where their condition is stated to be stable.
