Srinagar: One person died in a mysterious blast today at Lethpora.
A police spokesman said that apparently in an explosion today one person namely Aashiq Choupan son of Ghulam Mohammad Chopan resident of Tral, was injured at Lethpora and consequently succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
Police has taken cognisance of the matter and is in the process of ascertaining the cause of explosion, the spokesman said.
In this connection under relevant sections of law a case has been initiated for investigation, the spokesman added.
