Jammu, Mar 07: Police today arrested a youth for allegedly possessing three grams of heroin here.
A police team saw the youth roaming in Bhagwati Nagar area of the city and, after a chase, caught him, a police officer said.
The accused was arrested after three grams of heroin was allegedly recovered from him, he added.
