Shopian,: Mar 05: Militants on Monday offered a gun salute to their slain colleague during his funeral in a village in south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
Reports said that three militants appeared at the funeral of Lashker-e-Toiba militant Ashiq Hussain Bhat in Rakh Kapran village and simultaneously fired shots in air to offer gun salute to their colleague.
Bhat’s body was spotted in an orchard in Saidpora village, barely 12 kilometers from last night’s shootout site in which another militant and four youths were killed in Pahnoo village.
