Army organizes interaction with ‘stone pelters’

Srinagar, Mar 04: Army at Banderpora, Kanelwan interacted with individuals who were arrested earlier on the charges of stone pelting.  The meet was aimed at analysing the pulse of the youth and situation prevailing in the environment, Army said in a statement here.

It said the “individuals came forward and shared their future aspirations to succeed in life by working hard and regretted their immature and unethical act of pelting stones at security forces.”

The statement said “they actively came forward with their problems and areas where they requested for guidance from  security forces. They were assured of constant assistance and support.”
