BANDIPORA, MARCH 03: The Department of Indian System of Medicines(ISM) Bandipora organized a day-long sanitation drive under Nation AYUSH Mission here today.
A rally was also taken out as a part of the drive to make general masses aware of AYUSH Mission and benefits of the hygienic environment. The rally comprising students, sportspersons, AYUSH doctors was flagged-off by Additional Deputy Commissioner Bandipora Khursheed Ahmad Sanai. The rally went through different markets of Bandipora town and culminated at S.K Sports Stadium Bandipora.
The ADC on the occasion threw light on the importance and benefits of cleanliness. He stressed upon the concerned officers to conduct more awareness programmes especially in rural and remote areas of the district.
