DDC reviews progress of SBM in Ganderbal

GANDERBAL, MARCH 03 District Development Commissioner, (DDC), Ganderbal, Dr. Piyush Singla convened a meeting to review the progress of centrally sponsored scheme Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM) of all blocks of District Ganderbal, here today.

ADDC Ganderbal, N.A Baba, District Panchayat Officer Ganderbal, Executive Engineer PHE, Executive Engineer REW and all BDOs of the District participated in the meeting.

The DDC reviewed the Panchayat-wise performance of blocks under Swachh Bharat Mission and set the timelines for completion of all pending works in the current financial year in time bound manner.

During the meeting, DPO Ganderbal briefed about the progress of the mission. Detailed discussions were held on various issues like updating of Base Line Survey, MIS under SBM, Geo Tagging under SBM, ODF of Panchayats, status of the pendency of IHHL units and achievements made under SBM in the district.

The DDC directed all the BDOs to work in mission mode and complete their due assignments with a great sense of responsibility and team spirit so that all targets fixed for this district by the administrative department are completed in time bound manner.
