The actions that yield the greatest good to the society are termed as utilitarian actions. The moral and egalitarian approaches encompass the stratification of moral interface and posit the moral trajectories in the constructs of differential utility. The emotions and empathy premise to it, provides the contours of the greater extent of credibility to an individual’s actions and his social obligations towards the societies. In the face of the velvet of these instrumental values which the morality embodies in the framework of rationales and underpins the legal system as a whole, it is ostensibly clear that the concept serves a benevolent characteristic and a salient goal. It encompasses the core values and moral issues governing the pluralistic systems. In this vein, the value of integrity and the inherent values of the organizations, institutions and hierarchical structures need to be addressed for their flaws and inefficient artefacts.

Thence the eclentic frameworks and normative insights might differ, but the pure, dialectic and contemporary issues have to be exercised through appropriate adjudication and alternative mechanisms. The distinctive and fundamental edifices have to be characterised on the lineaments of a boon interface. The various practices of morality show and bring forth the specificities that morality is valuable in and of itself. Thence the notions of values and versions of legal interfaces build a joint architecture of justice for the preinterpretive and primafacie distinct landscape of standards and analytic frameworks.

These standards and rules hold a strong relevance in the outline of the legal outlook of comparative instruments of structural and non-structural importance. It emphasises and connects to the extremes of the exemplars and bridges the gaps in the moral issues and the concept and value of discursive coherence of law. Thence the integrity in both the law-making and decision-making adjudications requires some distinctive standards and extent of the innate salience of the natural law and due-process doctrines.

Morality endorses the importance of principles and rejects the actions of unprincipled behaviours. Therefore there should be no lopsided theorizing of the scientific principles of culture and morality paradigms. Morality without doubt is a principle which affords the boon results and is a boon; it will be a bizarre to say that it is a boondoggle. Therefore the best social system is one which is founded on the basis of moral standards, dignity, worth, goodwill and respect for its elders.

Thence the social systems should be integrated through the social stratification of the theories and practices which would yield positive results and outcomes. The modern notions of pattern maintenance should support the social stratification of the society through the boon processes, social practices, customs and cultural traditions. The structural hierarchy of inequality and epistemic injustice should be reduced through the state of the play mechanisms of law, social sciences and e-governance paradigms. The disadvantaged groups should be given their share in the thought realm and the participatory nature of the democratic edifices should be emancipated and nurtured through better efforts and genuine frameworks.
