KUPWARA, FEBRUARY 27: Fisheries Department today organised one-day training/seminar programme in the premises of AD Fisheries office Kupwara.
Chief Planning officer Kupwara, Assistant Director Fisheries, District Treasury officer, Social welfare officer and fish farmers from different parts of the district participated in the seminar. In the seminar, the fish farmers were acquainted with latest pisciculture techniques by the experts of fisheries department.
