Lok Adalat in Anantnag on March 3
ANANTNAG, FEBRUARY 26: According to the Chairman Tehsil Legal Services Committee, Anantnag, a Lok Adalat is being held in the court premises on March 3, 2018.
Cases pertaining to petty criminal, family disputes, criminal compoundable, civil property disputes, traffic challans and pre-litigation matters shall be taken up for amicable settlement in the Lok Adalat.
Special Mobile Magistrate, District Mobile Magistrate and Munsiff (JMIC) Anantnag have been asked to identify the cases in their respective courts fit to be taken up in the scheduled Lok Adalat and list of such cases be submitted to the said Committee by or before March 10, 2018
Interested litigants are informed to approach the concerned court authorities so as to list their cases in the proposed Lok Adalat for their amicable settlement.
