Jammu, Feb 24: An absconder wanted in connection with kidnapping and rape of a woman, was arrested in Rajouri district, police said today.
The accused, a resident of Dhangri, was wanted in connection with a abduction and rape case registered last year and was on the run, a police spokesman said.
He said the accused was arrested by a party of women police station from Rajouri town last night.
