Srinagar, Feb 21: Director School Education Kashmir on Wednesday asked the teaching staff of Primary, Middle, High and Higher Secondary schools to report for duties from February 23 and begin the preparations for the commencement of the new session.
The formal classes for the students shall start from 26th February for High and Higher Secondary Schools and 5th March for Primary and Middle Schools.
Meanwhile, DSEK said that 26th February and 5th March shall be celebrated as “Welcome Day” for students and no academic activity shall be carried out on this day in the schools.
