SHOPIAN, FEBRUARY 21: Chairman District Legal Services Authority Shopian today informed that a Lok Adalat is being to be held in the district on February 26.
Matters Relating to the criminal compoundable offence, family disputes MACT cases, compensation cases, cases underpayment of wages Act, property disputes, labour disputes and NI Act shall be taken up in the Lok Adalat.
Interested litigants who want to get their cases settled through the Lok Adalat have been asked to approach court authorities before the fixed date of the Lok Adalat.
