J&K bank Academy defeat Kashmir Maharaja FC by solitary goal

Srinagar: In the ongoing State Annual League Football tournament Two Matches were played at Synthetic Turf TRC on the 18th of July 2019.

First match of Super Division was played between Al-Bilal FC and Real Kashmir U-18. The match started with both teams making good moves on each other’s Goal, but could not find the net in the beginning however Real Kashmir U-18 boys defeated Al-Bilal Sports by three goals to one.

The second match of Premier Division was played between Kashmir Maharaja FC and J&K Bank Academy. Both the teams started dominating right from the start dribbling, wall passing & making attacking moves.

The J&K Bank Academy got a penalty kick in the first half and made no mistake in converting, thereby taking a lead. The match was evenly balanced & Kashmir Maharaja FC tried hard to equalize and ultimately got a penalty kick for an offence inside the penalty area, but failed to convert. K. Maharaja FC dominated the second half and made excellent moves but failed to convert some sure shorts because of poor finish.

The defence line of J&K Bank academy marked the stickers of K. Maharaja FC properly and did not allow them to equalize. Thus J&K Bank Academy defeated K. Maharaja FC by solitary goal.

Meanwhile, three matches of Junior Division were also played at Polo Ground West; first match played between Shunglipora Fc got a walkover against Hazratball Fc. In the second match Valley XI FC defeated KFC Bemina by two goals to one. The third match was played between Bismillah Sports & Tawheed FC Anachar. Tawheed Fc Anchar defeated Bismillah Sports by solitary goal
