Dineshwar Sharma, Advisor Khan meet Governor

Srinagar, Jul 16: Dineshwar Sharma, Union Special Representative for Dialogue in J&K, met Governor Satya Pal Malik at the Raj Bhavan here today.

Sharma apprised Governor about his consultations with a cross-section of society in the state and emphasised the need for taking into account aspirations of youth and students across the state, a communiqué issued by the Raj Bhavan said.

Meanwhile, Farooq Khan, newly appointed Advisor to Governor, also met Governor at the Raj Bhavan here today.

Governor and Khan discussed wide ranging issues relating to the developmental scenario and security situation in the State, the communiqué said.

Governor congratulated Khan for his new appointment and wished him a successful tenure ahead.
