Srinagar, Jun 19: A-22-year old youth who sustained grievous injurious in a road accident in Ganderbal district of central Kashmir on Tuesday evening succumbed to injuries at Srinagar’s SKIMS hospital this morning.
On Tuesday evening, a tipper truck (JK03-7541) hit a motorcyclist (JK01AA-5371) at Lar Bypass, resulting in on-the-spot death of a motorcyclist Uzair Ahmad Lone, son of Showkat Ahmad, a resident of Duderhama Ganderbal and injuries to another person identified as Ubaid Ahmad, son of Mohammad Yousuf Bhat.
Injured Ubaid was later shifted to SKIMS Soura for the treatment, however he also succumbed to injuries this morning.
