DMEF appreciates SAC decision for filling-up of 400 posts of Veterinary

SRINAGAR, JUNE 01: Darbar Move Employees Federation (DMEF) J&K State today thanked Chief Secretary BVR Subrahmanyam for passing direction to Estates Department for monitoring the food quality and other services being provided to the employees residing in Hotel accommodations.

Lauding the directions passed by the Chief Secretary, Federation’s State President Ovais Wani said that such direction will boost morale of the employees, besides improving overall work culture in the State.

Federation also convened a meeting, during which Wani said that after Chief Secretary’s directions the Federation also conducted a meeting with Estates Department and it was decided that in each hotel three member committee will be constituted which will monitor the food quality and other services being provided by the hotels.

Wani said that employees in each hotel are directed to nominate three members for the committee who will stay in close coordination with the Estate Department and Federations.

The Federation also appreciated SAC decision approving re-designation of 400 posts of Paravets as Veterinary Pharmacists/Stock Assistants in the Animal/Sheep Husbandry Departments which were created in September, 2018.

Wani congratulated Principal Secretary, Animal & Sheep Husbandry, Fisheries and Transport Department, Dr. Asgar Hassan Samoon for his efforts to absorb 400 employees in the department.

He appealed Secretaries of all departments to follow the same track, so that such long pending demands of employees will be resolved in your respective departments.
