Sopore: Students of Government Degree College, Higher Secondary boys and girls Sopore jointly staged a massive protest in solidarity with the three year old girl in Malikpora Bandipora victim.

According to reports, scores of students of Government Degree College Sopore, Boys Higher Secondary and Girls Higher Secondary assembled at Iqbal market of town and demanded exemplary punishment on fast track

The protesting students later took out a protest rally from Iqbal market towards main chowk and demanding Justice for three year old girl.

Meanwhile a complete shutdown is being observed in parts of Sopore and all business establishments are closed while thin movement of traffic is playing on roads.

Pertinently, An FIR number 81/2019, under section 363/342/376 RPC has been registered in Sumbal police station and further investigation has been initiated.
