Srinagar, 13 Apr 2019. With an aim to mitigate the hardships of local populace and to provide access to safe drinking water, the Pir Panjal Brigade, distributed water filters to 200 underprivileged and economically weaker families of Boniyar, Chandanwari, Trikanjan, Chala, Mohura, Rampur, Bandi, and Barnet on 13 Apr 2019, a defense spokesman said in a statement issued today.
Commander, Pir Panjal Brigade, graced the occasion and interacted with the people, the spokesman said, adding this noble effort by the Pir Panjal Brigade was welcomed by all the locals and was highly appreciated.
