Srinagar, Mar 30: Windstorm, followed by heavy rains, damaged residential houses and orchards in parts of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Saturday.
Reports said that dozens of houses and apple orchards were damaged while a number of trees were uprooted by strong winds and heavy rains in Sopore, Baramulla town, Uri, Rafiabad and Zainageer belt of the district.
However, no report of loss of life or injuries was reported from the district.
