Srinagar, Mar 28: The shopkeepers on Thursday staged a protest in Bijbehara town of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district against alleged high-handedness of the government forces.
Reports said the shopkeepers staged a protest in the town, alleging that they were thrashed by the forces yesterday without any reason.
The protesters, who blocked the old highway passing through the town, demanded action against the erring forces’ personnel.
