Power Shutdown in parts of Srinagar, Kulgam

SRINAGAR, MARCH 22: According to the Power Controller Kashmir, in order to carry out various works, there will be a power shutdown in various areas of Srinagar and Kulgam.

PDD Bemina today informed that 33 KV Sharifabad-Narbal line would remain shutdown on 23rd March 2019 from 11 am to 4 pm to carry out the job of straightening/tightening of the line at Umer Colony Lawaypora and at Narbal Bridge.

The power supply to the areas fed from the receiving station would remain affected on the given date and time.

The Office of Power Controller, Kashmir province, PDD Bemina today informed that 33 KV lines of STD Bijbehara from 23rd March 2019 to 27th March 2019.

According to an official communiqué issued from the office, the Kulgam-Yaripora line except for 25th March 2019, would continuously remain shutdown from 23rd to 27th March 2019 from 9 am to 5 pm.

Likewise, Kulgam-Devsar line would remain shutdown on 23rd March 2019 and 24th March 2019 from 9 am-5 pm. Similarly, Gopalpora-Achabal line would remain shutdown on 24th March and 25th March 2019 from 9 am to 4 pm. The power supply to the areas fed from these receiving stations shall remain affected on the given dates and time.
