Srinagar, Mar 17: A police constable was injured after he fired his rifle accidentally during a workers’ convention of National Conference in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Sunday.
Reports said that the personal security officer (PSO) of former NC MLA Bashir Ahmad Veeri accidentally fired his rifle.
They said that the constable suffered an injury in his shoulder.
He was rushed to District Hospital Anantnag for treatment.
