Srinagar, Mar 02: Hilal Ahmad Parrey was on Saturday appointed as new Vigilance Commissioner in the State Vigilance Commission (SVC) and Muneer Khan as the Information Commissioner of State Information Commission (SIC).
“In exercise of the powers vested in me under Section 4(1) of the Jammu and Kashmir State Vigilance Commission Act , 2011, I, Satya Pal Malik , appoint Hilal Ahmad Parrey as the Vigilance Commissioner in the State Vigilance Commission,” read an order issued by the General Administration Department.
“In exercise of the powers vested in me under Section 12(3) of the Jammu and Kashmir Right to Information Act, 2009, I Satya Pal Malik , appoint Muneer Khan, IPS as the State Information Commissioner in the State Information Commission,” read another order, issued by the General Administration Department.
