Srinagar: The J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) has reconstituted the District Congress Committees in Kashmir Valley
J&K Pradesh Congress Committee President G.A. Mir in a meeting of senior party functionaries and districts presidents of Kashmir province granted approval to newly reconstituted committees of Srinagar, Budgam, Pulwama, Kupwara, Baramulla, Anantnag, Shopian and Ganderbal Districts respectively.
He emphasized the DCC Presidents and newly reconstituted District Committees to work hard and strengthen the party further at grass roots level.
On this occasion G.A. Mir told the party leaders to gear up for the upcoming Parliamentary and Assembly elections to ensure victory of Congress Party with a thumping majority.
Congress Party will launch a vigorous campaign against those forces which are misleading people on various counts, he added and emphasized the leaders reach out to people with the policies and programmes of the Party, he said.
