Pulwama: Police, Army and para military forces launched a cordon-and-search-operation (CASO) in Aglar village of Pulwama district Tuesday evening.
Police sources said that the operation was launched following “specific inputs” about the presence of militants.
Reports said that the Rashtriya Rifles, Jammu & Kashmir police and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) cordoned off Aglar village and started door-to-door searches late in the evening.
All the entry and exit points of the village have been sealed, said some local sources.
