KULGAM, JANUARY 09: Deputy Commissioner, Dr Shamim Ahmad Wani today felicitated Kamran Yousuf with a memento and certificate for clinching Gold medal at international Taikwando Championship held in Amritsar at a felicitation function held here.
The function was organised by DYS&S Kulgam.
The DDC congratulated Kamran for his outstanding performance at the international Taikwando championship and said that district administration is making all efforts to channelize the sports talent of the youth of the district. He also urged youth for their active participation in sports activities.
The DDC said that efforts are underway to upgrade sports infrastructure on modern lines so that local youth can get best sports facilities.
