The film has been made by the bank to raise awareness on the dangers of borrowing money from the unorganised sector, particularly in rural areas.

This film has been launched under the aegis of Swachh Banking, the Bank’s latest Corporate Social Responsibility initiative.

On the occasion, Branch Head HDFC Bank Baramulla said that the Van will cover rural areas of the District. He also said that there are areas in the District where people have no idea of what banking is and do not have bank accounts. The purpose of this van is to spread awareness among the targeted unaware people.
