SHOPIAN, DECEMBER 13: National Lok Adalat will be held in the premises of District court complex Shopian on 20th of December 2018 under the chairmanship of Chairman District Legal Services Authority Shopian A. K. Shavan.
The lawyers, litigants and general public are informed to enlist the maximum number of cases both pre-litigation and post litigation before the benches constituted for the said purpose.
The cases pertaining to criminal offences , traffic relating violations , bank recoveries , PHE , Revenue , Electricity , Labour disputes , cases under M-NREGA and in particular cases relating to domestic violence and MACT will be taken up before the constituted benches in the said Lok-Adalat.
The purpose of holding of the lok Adalat is to prioritize the settlement of cases through mediation and reconciliation.
