Jammu, December 11: President JKPCC G.A. Mir said that today’s results of Assembly elections of 5 states indicate that the countdown of BJP has started because of the decimal performance of Modi led NDA Govt. at the Centre. It also indicates that the people have rejected the divisive and communal politics of BJP.
To celebrate the victory of the party, the Congress workers in large number including Youth Congress, NSUI, Mahila Congress assembled at PCC HQ Shahidi Chowk Jammu and raised slogans in favour of Congress party and its leadership amidst beating of drums, dancing and distributing sweets amongst them, a party spokesman said in a statement issued here today.
Speaking on the occasion PCC Chief said that Congress party under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi has emerged a strong force in the country and there is positive change in the mindset and the mood of the people because of the policies and programmes of the Congress party. He said that Congress would emerge as the largest party in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
