JAMMU, NOVEMBER 26: Abdul Majid Bhat today took over the charge of Secretary Cooperatives and Tribal Affairs Departments.
After taking charge, Bhat held introductory meeting with the officers and staff. He inquired about the working of the twin departments, including targets and achievements.
