UDHAMPUR, NOVEMBER 06: In view of the Diwali festival, a team of officers/officials of Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) and Police Department conducted extensive market checking at Majalta today.
During the checking, the team, headed by Tehsil Supply Officer, Majalta, checked various shops and establishments in Majalta and its outskirts and a fine of Rs 15600 is imposed on spot from the erring shopkeepers.
The shopkeepers were directed to display the prices of all the commodities being sold by them.
