Principal Secy Finance inspected Finance Complex at Muthi

JAMMU, OCTOBER 27: Principal Secretary, Finance, Naveen Kumar Choudhary, today inspected the Finance Complex at Muthi, Jammu here today.

The Principal Secretary moved through the length and breadth of every office and took a detail overview of their functioning. He advised the officers and other staff members to ensure cleanliness in their offices and also enquired from them regarding any difficulty being faced by them in performing their routine official duties.

He also issued on spot instructions to J&K, Industries for establishment of office of J&K Infrastructure Development Finance Corporation (J&K IDFC) in the Finance Complex. He further issued directions for establishment of a waiting room adjoining Conference Hall for visiting dignitaries besides other addition alterations in the offices. Keeping in view the security of the area, the Principal Secretary instructed the J&K Industries for construction of compound wall adjoining to Nallah and develops the left out space as parking space for the entire complex. In order to maintain the valuable asset, instructions were also issued to go in for maintenance of the building through outsourcing

Meanwhile, the Principal Secretary planted a Chinar sapling in the lawn of the Finance Complex. He directed the authorities to plant more trees in the vicinity of the building to maintain a green cover for a clean and healthy environment.

Pertinently, the said Finance Complex  is housing the offices of Director General, Funds Organization, J&K, Director General, Audit & Inspections, J&K, Joint Director Funds, Jammu, Deputy Director Audit & Inspections, Jammu, Addl. Treasury Talab Tillo, Jammu, CAO GPF, Jammu, SU and many alike.

Later, the Principal Secretary chaired a meeting in the Conference Hall which was attended by Director Accounts and Treasuries, Jammu, Joint Director, Funds Jammu, Deputy Director, Audit & Inspections, Jammu, Treasury Officer, Additional Treasury Talab Tlllo, CAO Fund Office besides officers of J&K Industries. He advised the participating officers to work with full zeal and dedication and directed to ensure punctuality and discipline in the offices.
