Tanghdar, October 27: Director General of Police Dilbag Singh accompanied by IGP Kashmir S.P. Pani and DIG North Kashmir Atul Goyal visited Tangdhar in the frontier district Kupwara.
During his visit the DGP interacted with peoples and addressed public darbar at helipad Tangdhar in which large number of people particularly the respectable citizens of the area participated.
Speaking on the occasion, DGP said that people of Tangdhar are peace loving people and never supported any unlawful activity disrupting peace and order in the area. He sought co-operation of the people for eradicating drug addiction saying that its effects are horrific on the society.
