JKBOSE to set up special examination centre for specially-abled students of Class 10th Bemina Campus

Srinagar: In order to provide relief to the specially-abled students, JKBOSE will set up special examination centre at Board Campus Bemina for Class 10th in the Annual Board examinations 2018.

This was stated by DSEK Dr. G.N. Itoo and Secretary JKBOSE Riyaz Ahmad during the review meeting held at the Conference Hall of Board Campus today. The meeting was held  to take stock of the arrangements put in place for Board Examinations 2018.

During the meeting the said officers stressed upon all the concerned from the Kashmir Division to maintain cooperation during the conduct of the examinations for its smooth conduct.

Referring to the instructions from Secretary School Education Ajeet Kumar Sahu, DSEK Dr. G.N. Itoo stressed upon all the Chief Education Officers to personally inspect the examination centres to make sure the proper arrangements as per guidelines and submit the report in this regard immediately.

DSEK said that the cleanliness and the discipline in and around the examination centres should be made sure and the heating and proper seating arrangements wherever necessary should be provided especially in far flung areas.

Secretary BOSE stressed upon all the concerned to comply by the norms set by the Board in letter and spirit. During the meeting the officers from different Districts highlighted the issues usually confronted during the examination and proposed certain suggestions, in reply to which the DSEK and Secretary BOSE acknowledged the implementation of their suggestions.
