KUPWARA, OCTOBER. 05: A team of Food Safety Department inspected various food-business operators in Kupwara town during which 112 kilograms of adulterated spices and food sold in unhygienic conditions were destroyed.
Commissioner Food Safety J&K had deputed Mobile Testing Laboratory along with a team to Kupwara for the inspections.
The checking squad inspected 135 food business establishments and conducted 25 tests on- spot of different food items. The team lifted one sample of milk for analysis.
