BANDIPORA, OCTOBER 04: On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Bandipora Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, a checking squad of Legal Metrology Department conducted a surprise inspection of a petrol pump station at Nadihal Bandipora.
The manager of oil filling station failed to produce verification certificates and also inadequate drinking water supply, lack of first aid medical facility was found at the station. The checking squad booked the concerned filling station and realized Rs 6000 as fine.
Meanwhile, DC Bandipora said the drive will continue to ensure high-quality fuel and services are provided to the consumers. He directed the officers of the department to continue the inspections across the district.
