Srinagar, Oct 02: Government forces on Tuesday morning launched a cordon-and-search-operation in Panar village of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district after inputs about the presence of militants.
An official said that Army’s 20 Grenadiers and a police party of concerned police station launched the operation in the area today morning.
A senior police official of the district said that it was a routine operation for “area domination.”
