The interview global level and got international recognition by the director, Landom Williams of a Hollywood movie–Anabolic Life. Itoo, 28 has become first Kashmiri doctor to interview any Hollywood personality.

Hailing from Poshkreri village of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district, besides being a doctor he also works as a motivational speaker, activist, columnist and an educator at Unacademy.

“I am happy for achieving this feat. My hard work, passion, determination, and enthusiasm towards the betterment of the society has paid off successfully,” said Itoo.

He said getting an international recognition through a noble work for the public good is itself a great achievement.

“All of the credit goes to the people who motivated me while doing my service to the best of my potential.”

Itoo interviewed Levine online after the Hollywood actor read his (Itoo’s) article on steroid abuse, published few months back in a local English newspaper in the valley.

Levine had been a steroid-abuser in his teenage and after ten years he came up with a movie titled Anabolic Life—highlighting his battle with body image issue and thrusting into a world of steroids, crime and self-destruction.

“I interviewed him with an aim to create awareness about drug and steroid abuse among people globally. The interview was published by many local newspapers and international websites,” said Itoo.

Earlier, Itoo was in headlines when he was awarded with a top educator award of 2017 on Unacademy for his exemplary work through online education as an educator.
