Thindima-XI Beats Athoora-A by six wickets

Kreeri: In the ongoing Imtiyaz Memorial Cricket Tournament played at Mir Pora Stadium Saloosa , Thindima-XI defeated Athoora-A by six wickets.

After winning the toss, Athoora-A decided to bat first who were bundled out for paltry score of 78 runs in 18 overs as Shahid Bashir and Ishfaq Wani of Thindima-XI bowled splendid spells.

Shahid Bashir scalped 5 wickets, while Ishfaq Wani and Mudasir Fazili took 3 and 1 wicket respectively for Thindima-XI.

Nazir Ahmad played the innings of 17 runs and remains the highest scorer for Athoora-A.

In reply, Thindima-XI chased the target of 79 runs in 12 overs for the loss of 4 wickets. Raja Bashir Khan remained highest scorer with 30 runs, while Abid Rather and Shahid Bashir added 11 and 7 runs respectively for Thindima-XI.

Shahid Bashir was declared player of the match for his splendid bowling figures.
