PCPG meetings held in Srinagar, Handwara

Srinagar, February 21: With an aim to strengthen relations with pubic, Jammu and Kashmir Police has organized two Police Community Partnership Group Meetings in Srinagar and Handwara districts.

In Srinagar, the PCPG meeting was chaired by SHO Sherghari Javaid Ahmad at Police Station Sherghari and in Handwara the meeting was chaired by SHO Qalamabad Abdul Ahad at Police Station Qalamabad.

A large number of respectable citizens participated in these meetings. The participants highlighted various issues of public importance like thefts, pick-pocketing and other issues related to civil administration.

Referring to these issues highlighted by the participants, the chairing officers assured them that issues pertaining to police will be solved in shortest possible time and the rest will be taken up with the civil administration for their redressal on priority.
