SRINAGAR, AUGUST 14: Raj Bhavan bade farewell to O.P. Bhagat, Additional Secretary in Governor’s Secretariat who has stepped down to take over as Director Tourism Jammu.

Governor expressed appreciation of the high devotion with which Bhagat served in the Raj Bhavan Secretariat for 6 years, August 2012 – August 2018.
