The trials will be open to all eligible athletes. The Association has asked its affiliated units to send their best athletes to participate and showcase their skills.

A seven-member selection committee has been constituted to conduct the trials. It will be headed by Dronacharya Awardee Kuldeep Handoo as chairman, with Kamal Kishore, Maqsood Rather, Ajaz Hassan, Ashi Jamwal, Sher Bahadur and Rohit Thakyal as members.

The Association has made it mandatory for athletes to submit a medical fitness certificate, date of birth certificate, a duly completed waiver of liability form signed by their parents, six recent passport-size photographs and valid insurance documents at the time of registration.

Athletes failing to produce the required documents will not be eligible to participate in the trials.

The Association said the official notification has been circulated among all affiliated units. The circular is also available on its website, wushujk.in.

It has urged affiliated units and eligible athletes to ensure timely participation and compliance with the documentation requirements for the smooth and transparent conduct of the trials.
