KUNZER: Gulmarg MLA Farooq Ahmad Shah on Friday inaugurated macadamisation work on the Harnaw-Kawcheck-Shirpora road under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) during a public outreach programme in Khaipora block.
Shah visited Harnaw, Kawcheck and Shirpora under the “Aapki Awaaz, Hamari Zimmedari” programme, where he inspected ongoing development works and interacted with residents to hear their grievances and demands.
He assured residents that their genuine concerns would be taken up with the concerned departments for timely redressal. He also directed officials to ensure that ongoing works were completed on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
Later, several party workers joined the National Conference in the presence of Shah. The MLA welcomed the new entrants and said their joining would strengthen the party at the grassroots level.
