SRINAGAR: The Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) on Monday bid farewell to Shreya Singhal, outgoing Director Information, following her transfer as Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal.
The department acknowledged her contributions during her tenure, particularly her efforts to strengthen information dissemination and public outreach.
Officers and officials recalled her emphasis on teamwork, coordination and accountability, and appreciated her role in fostering a positive working environment within the department.
The farewell gathering was attended by Director Information Mamta Yadav, Joint Director Information (Headquarters) Dr Zahoor Ahmad Raina, Joint Director Information Kashmir Syed Shahnawaz Bukhari and other senior officers and staff members.
The department wished Singhal success in her new assignment.
